Inovape ltd is a West Midlands based Vape retailer with  the original concept shop in Solihull – 19, Drury Lane, B91 3BB. We now have a store in Straford-upon-Avon – 12a Greenhill Street, CV37 6LF. The company was established more than five years ago with the aim of bringing vaping to prominence on the High Street and illustrating that vaping will become a regular part of everyday shopping for all past and current smokers trying to quit in the coming years.

Although we clearly need to operate in a commercial manner to survive, our overriding mission is to provide a new standard of customer service that allows all our customers to achieve their aim of giving up a potentially deadly (and expensive) habit. And replace it with an effective and healthier and cheaper alternative to smoking.

We are ex-smokers who all gave up using vapes. Many of us consider it a life saving switch. Smoking related diseases will kill one in two of all smokers – fact. These are great odds if you’re playing the lottery, of course. You’d take that every time!! But gambling with your life on those odds? Perhaps not.

Our job is many faceted as we strive to help all smokers switch to vaping. We know the “journey” and want to share our experience with each of our customers in order to match the right equipment and liquids for every single customer and give them the best chance of a successful outcome. We really do this with every single customer, one by one, custom matched! It has to be that way; it was with us. We have all had our individual paths to getting smoke free and we pool that knowledge to help all our customers.

This does not mean we always sell you the “biggest and best”. We will always recommend the correct combination for you based on your individual step on the road to quitting, or improving your vaping experience. Further, we will always explain how a vape works and why certain options bring particular benefits over others. We will always ensure that, by the time you leave our shop, you will have a full understanding of all you need to know to make the most of your vape. We will take you through it ALL, step by step.
