Inovape Shipping Policy
All goods ordered will be shipped as soon as practicable. Usually, this will mean on the first working day of receipt of an order. The working day will be defined as Monday through Friday (except Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, and New Years Day).
‘Receipt of order’ means received by us before 10AM on any given day (except for the exceptions outlined previously). All orders will, in any event, be shipped no later than within two working days – worst case – of receipt of order.
In the unlikely event that any goods ordered are unavailable for shipment, or will be delayed due to supply chain issues, you will be contacted directly by us and presented with all the options available to you in the given circumstances. This will include the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
In the event that goods are shipped to you in line with your order and you then change your mind and wish to return them to us, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking charge of up to 25% of the value of the original order.
An “order” constitutes the items you placed in your shopping cart and paid for when completing the transaction.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods ordered are in line with your desired requirements before completing your transaction and paying for the goods.
Inovape Returns Policy
At Inovape we will do our utmost to resolve any issues you are having with your purchase. Please contact us and we will discuss your options. All electronic cigarette components have a limited life span and will eventually need to be replaced.
All products and e-liquids can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase providing the item is still in original and unused condition. Atomizers and Cartomizers/Pods do not have any warranty, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt if you item is damaged or faulty and we will replace it or refund where possible.
E-Liquids cannot be returned under any circumstances, if we have sent out the wrong order we will send out a replacement immediately once we receive confirmation that the wrong item has been returned. All batteries have a 28 day warranty that covers electrical faults. Please note E-Cigs batteries can be fragile and we will not cover physical damage or wear and tear. If the battery is DOA (dead on arrival), or faulty within 28 days, contact us and we will endeavour to help you out.
Any advanced kit with a warranty of six months or more will be covered for the main body only and not chargers and batteries. The warranty for these devices will not cover physical damage or wear and tear. All chargers and batteries will have a 28 day warranty as mentioned above.
Returns are to be paid by the customer. We do not cover any postage or courier for returns. If you have any questions please contact us via the contact information on the website. If you wish to return an item, please email us providing the following information.

Shipping & Returns FAQs
We offer 28 days in store and online for faulty items. We do not accept returns if you don’t like your kit. We will swap liquids provided you haven’t opened the bottles.
No, you can order as much or as little as you’d like! Shipping will cost you £2.50 if your order totals less than £30, butt if your order is worth £30 or more, then you get free shipping.
For orders under £30 in total, it costs £2.50 for delivery. For any order of £30 or more, you get free shipping!
We aim to get everything shipped within a working day of your order. Sometimes, it takes longer if we need to move stock or contact you about a shortage. All orders go first class with the Royal Mail. So, once they are shipped, they aim to deliver within three working days.

Your parcel will be delivered via the Royal Mail so should arrive with your postman.
Though many orders are delivered well within the three working days, occasionally a package takes longer or goes missing. If you have waited for five working days give us a call in Solihull on 0121 711 1121, and we can work on a plan of action with you.
Normal shipping and free shipping options do not come with the option to track the parcel. If you’d like to track the parcel pick the Royal Mail Tracked Delivery option at the checkout and we’ll email you the tracking number once the order is sent.
